Dumb results *blood shots*

Just some pics of a dumb injury.

This is the result of putting a human hand through a man made window pane. (dont ask, as im not at liberty to tell)
2 veins severed, 8 stitches external, 3 internal.
But, the internal ones are still bleeding, so i might see the doc again very soon.

Put my hand through a car window once and while I was still in A&E getting my wrist sewn up the nurse rang officer plod and his offsider to come and give me the spanish inquisition (which of course I did not expect).
Officer plod - "what reason were you in a position to be removing glass from a motor vehicle son?
Me - "I'm a mechanic, we do that sort of stuff" :lol:

You tool! I thought you'd be used to doing a field dressing of types? Is that your first attempt?

Give him a break, ever tried to bandage yourself up one handed?

it was all nicely done till i got home. I bumped my hand trying to keep myself upright and must have split the vein stitching so i used the sling they gave me to contain the bleeding coming out of the external stitches. Dont worry folks, im off to the doc again in about 20 minutes.

P.s, being a forum addict with one hand sux!!!!
