egg bound ?

Hey all my spotted was due five days ago going buy the 20 day rule? any way she looks like she is going to pop is there any way of knowing if she is egg bound though she seems to be fine

20 days is not set in concrete. i work on anywhere from 25-30 days. i have one at 28 days shed again and still showing signs of being gravid.

be patient for now and keep an eye on her i think.

your 28-45 days is folicle growth and ovulation, and 7-12 prelay shed to egg laying. however that was for corn snakes, a colubrid not python.

for antaresia stick to the 24-30 days +/- 5 days roughly. incubation is around 50-55 days.
