Eggs Hatching

I just came home to 3 of my bearded dragon eggs opened, one has its head out but none are moving at all, is this normal should i just wait for them?

Yes, perfectly normal, may take 2-3 days (sometimes longer) for them all to hatch.... be patient and leave them be... what ever you do don't "help" them....
