Epa's snake records..

I'm checking out some of the epa's records for reptile found over the sunshine coast..

and they have records of 2 water pythons being found in the noosa area,and the water pythons range ends well north of noosa,does anyone else find that as being strange?

You can see that those records are sightings only. The EPA's WildNet database has a number of inaccurate records (such as an ornamental snake from Main Range NP). If you let them know about it, they might have a closer look at the records and remove them.
