I saw a couple of item on the TV about reptile busts in Melbourne yesterday but cannot find any reference to them in the on line media.
The two I saw on the box were on channel 7 last night and Sky News this morning.
They described a "series of raids". The one suburb I recall being mentioned was Noble Park. The TV footage appeared to be from a pet shop with rows of fish tanks in the back ground.
They showed a bunch of corn snakes, a large and rather nice looking Boa, red eared sliders and a Snapping Turtle that was obviously long over due to have its nails clipped. All of the animals were of a reasonable size and mostly adults.
I got a laugh out of what they said a corn snake would sell for.
Does any body know more about this bust and want to share?
Has anybody came across any links to news on this bust?
