Sorry, I had to do this! I saw awhile ago a show on a group of nutcases around the place who indulge in the practice of Extreme Ironing - yep! You heard it! - It must be my psychotically warped sense of humour, but I can't help to laugh at some of the crazy stuff, not to mention the lengths, these guys get up to!

They have a book!!! I can't remember much about it, but it was published mainly to spread the word of the sport! I found it in a library in a small town in Wales lol Very entertaining stuff.
