Just some observations and experimentation...l have noticed consistantly the volume by ratio of urates [the white part of droppings] poo ]in a friends snakes varies greatly to mine, so in the end lt got the better of me [the friend feeds pellets only] and water drippers] l feed fresh food twice daily and have a bowl of water in each rat cage, my friends gtps [chondros] always appear to be about to prolapse but never do [or that l am aware of] l do feed a particular diet to my rats for nutritional reasons [which are yet unproven but appear to work very well] so after suppling my friend for one month with rodents the urates decreased greatly and the snakes droppings [imo] improved quite dramatically and the droppings [poo] on the greens was an unbelievable improvement...so l am beginning to become curious lf some of these hard-core pellet- dripper [water] diet regimes aren,t responsible for a few down the health problems.....cheers solar 17 [Baden]
