feeding beardies Dahlia flowers??

:? Hi,

i'm growing a couple of plants at home to feed my beardie at this stage I have Mustard greens & endive can anyone clarify if Dahlia flowers are safe to feed, I did read it on one site?

I just wants to check before feeding dont want to make him sick =o)

Does anyone know if Cats Ears, Hypochaeris Radicataare are okay for Beardies?
