Feeding Crickets

My crickets arrived today.
What do you feed them etc so they stay alive.
They are in the tub that my beardie came in at the moment to give them more space. DO you they need a water container or a damp cloth?

A sponge or small lid with pebbels in it to stop them drowning will suffice for water. As for food i give mine carrot beans and tropical fish food as well as the pack of gutload
