Just wondering if any one can tell me if it's a good idea to feed my Olive while she is shedding.
As this is her first time shedding while I have owned her and its my first snake and I'm not sure.

keep the tank humid it will help her shed alot better.
or have a water bowl big enough for her to submerge herself.
and i would feed her if she takes it she takes it she dosent shes not hungery
but it wont do any harm.

take care

I have read articles suggesting it is not good to feed until after shedding as the bulge can possibly cause problems with the shed. As snakes can go for weeks or months without a feed a few days to a few weeks delay in feeding wont make a difference.

My approach (gleaned from reading this site and other articles) is to withhold food as soon as I notice the eye turning pale/milky until a day or 2 after shed.
