Their heads are so tiny that it should not be a problem. Unless you're feeding worms bigger than the lizards themselves.
 
Sure do. I have heard over and over again off people that you have to crush their heads as they can nibble inside the animal. Not sure if its true and never been told otherwise so thats what I do.

Yeah I have heard it too, but.. nah.
 
I crush mealworms but dont worry about silkworms. silkworms have a soft body and are usually chewed up by the time they reach the stomach.

Ah yeah I see now.
But after handing worms for yonks now I've never been bitten. And seeing as it's so hard (if not impossible) to get the worms to eat anything other than mulberry leaves, I don't think it's likely that they'll start gnawing on the stomach lining.
