Are you serious? Great idea if you want to kill the keelbacks. Cane toad poison is very effective. As far as I know, it is not denatured by freezing.

keelbacks do and can eat canetoads matey!

paul you can do that,i know people that feed theirs on them aswell.;)

The keelback is one of a handful of native Australian animals that can prey successfully on Cane Toads. It can consume large numbers of eggs, tadpoles and newly-metamorphosed young of the Cane Toad safely however they dont fair well to preying on larger cane toads and i believe that adult keelbacks have been found dead with partly digested adult cane toads inside.

G'day guys,

They can survive it, but I doubt it does them any good. I wouldn't risk it personally, they are easy to feed on fish.

Some handle it, others dont.

I was thinking only small ones , but some one suggested feeding cane toad legs as the poison is in the glands behind the eyes , but thinking more about it seem the eggs and tadpoles are also poisionus maybe more of the toad is as well..

I will reserch it more... Just wonderd if anyone here feed them.
