I had a spiked drink once in a club, but it was luck i was with a non-drinking female friend who i told that i was feeling "different" so she took me home in a cab and put me to bed. I didnt remember a thing the next day. I didnt bother reporting it (stupid i know) only due to the fact i was taken home safely by my friend.

Scary to think what could have happened if i was out alone or with someone that didnt believe me. Although i dont know if the spike was meant for a female or male.

I wonder whether any other women out there are starting to become really paranoid about going out because I must admit i am. This is just absolutely foul and I truly hope the law courts catch up to create a punishement to justly fit the crime. None of this supended sentance crap. :x
Admittedly my drinks don't really get the time to "sit" around but apparently there is another trick whereby drugs are being dropped in womens drinks at the bar via someone passing money to the bartender while at the same time passing their hand over a drink on the bar during the transaction. No one the wiser as the paying of drinks and the occasional clumsiness are all part and parcel of a nite out.

my security company that i worked for took over a night club that was renound for females being prayed on, and we doubled up the amount of guards ment to be on the nightclub every weekend for 12 months, and had no reported rape or sexual violence mind you a few guys COPPED it after being caught putting stuff in other peoples drinks and then handed over to police, unfortunetly another company bought the club and now have there own security there. i worry when woma_n goes out without me about this but she wont take a drink from anyone at all.

I really don't know what gets into blokes who need to go out and be the 'big man' by doing stuff like this!! :evil: There is nothing 'big' or 'manly' about it! The only thing it achieves is getting me so damn angry I'd like to take to them with a wheel brace! :evil: It's something I've always been absolutely fanatical about, and now with two daughters of my own even more so! (if that's even humanly possible!).

God help anyone I ever see catch doing this sort of crap! They'll see it coming as much as their planned victim does! :evil: Drink spiking seems to be running rampant these days! :? Best not to go drinking or clubbing alone I'd say!

I thought I might add something serious to this topic. It simply amazes me that guys are willing to go out there and do this to women. Half the fun of wining and dinning a girl is the challenge of getting her to like you and seeing her again. Spiking somones drink just takes that fun out of it. I'm not talking about just getting to the "take someone home stage" I mean its a whole lot better getting to know a girl.

Besides the sad thing is that some people are paying around $150-200 just fo one pill(so I hear, cant back that up). If you had only one thing on your mind, wouldnt you be better off just using that money in the red light district?
