I suggest you seperate the geckoes. The female sounds quite dominate. Do you watch them feed? it sound like she may be getting the lion's share of the tucker. Some pairs of lizards are compatible and others are not. Try putting them together in a couiple of months and watch carefully what happens. If they are still incompatible, the best thing to do is see if you can swap one with another keeper.

Seperating them isnt nessescary imo.
My Northern spiny tails have done this a couple of times when both have gone for the same cricket and as you were feeding them I presume this was the case with yours.
They are aggressive feeders and this is bound to happen from time to time so the best thing to do is just watch them as they eat (they tend to eat straight away anyway) and make no squables get out of hand.
