Yes you can that is what fake rockwalls are made from.

i used it to make fake rocks/caves using boncrete sand and red oxide. Once it got hot it started to leach scents it ended up killing 3 of my dwarf beardies

One main problem with styrene is it doesn't show up in xrays.
