Frog keeping question

I have been thinking about getting some frogs for a while now but there a few things im not sure about.

Where is the red lynch virus known to exist and how do you know that you wont be buying frogs with this virus?

When you breed the frogs are you allowed to use/sell them as food(Qld)?

Redlynch virus can be just about anywhere now, as can chytrid and several other diseases.
How do you know? You don't, that's why you quarantine of you already have frogs and get new ones and try and buy off someone reputable. Getting metamorphs minimises the risk.
Dunno about QEPA's ruling on using them as a food source, not sure if they could sop you really.
