Always good to have a locale, as well as in focus and larger pics, But they look like Striped Marsh Frogs.

striped marsh frogs have a much more pointy nose so not sure what these are, but not looking like that species! where are you at geopraphically speaking? you can look on the frogs website above for other possibilities.
