FS radiant heat panels (brand new)

I have 2x 50 watt (270mm x 250mm) radiant heat panels that are brand new in the box. They have been plugged in for several secounds to see if working than placed back in the box. These were going to be used for an incubator but I have decided to go with light globes instead so as to be able to see whats going on inside without opening the door.

$85 each or may consider swap/trades

y r these better to use than heat cords etc?
