getting logged out?

Is anyone else getting logged out automatically if there inactive for a bit? seems to be getting shorter each time, is it just my settings? help ! seems to be within 5 mins , quite annoying cause i go to refresh and its "visitor" again.

yes i ticked that but it dosent seem to work anyway, thats probly my cookie settings. is getting logged off so quickly to do with that?
