Hey folks.. im a new glass blower and my work is done on a bench torch making me a lampworker.. I make small sculpture and hollow forms..

Im still very new and dont show people except friends my work. However I posted this on another small forum and got a good response so thought I would share here..

Id love to know what you think.. remember im only a beginner and this is my first attempt at something like this. So dont be to harsh lol.

Cheers guys, I want to work on a few geckos next.. Those eyes..

Ill get a photo once its been in the kiln and has a base on it.
 
pffft only a beginner? too modest methinks ...that is awesome work , i'd bet that'd be hard, also im curious as how would one get into glass blowing? do you just buy the equipment from a pottery place/glazier?
lol can you make those water vases...

that is by far the coolest hobby i've seen in a long time, you should be pretty chuffed with yourself.
 
You have to get all glass and stuff from the states mostly. If your interested pm me.

@nilesh - Some people make water vases and stuff but its illegal here in Australia. Its big in America..


I love it so much.. Almost as addictive as reptiles but more expensive lol.
 
This is a underwater marble my glass master made.. she is unreal. All Borosilicate glass.
