Do you reckon these babies will need a thermostat for sitting underneath hatchie/yearling tubs? Im thinking of the 4m one.

should be pretty right mate you dont need to run them on a thermostat especially through a container

I've found they all heat up the same. The higher wattage is due to the increased length, therefore requiring more power to run it.
