Grumpy beardy?

Hi everyone I have a 4-5 month old beardy that I've had since she was 3 weeks old (my first beardy) and everytime I go to get her out of her enclosure she runs away puffs up and opens her mouth at me... When I do pick her up she opens her mouth at my hand, she has never bitten me but she rests her open mouth on my hand like she wants to lol, is this common ? Anyway to calm her down ? Please help lol

I used to have a cranky beardy and would bring her to bed and lie her on my chest in winter mornings before turning on her heat. She quickly learnt that coming out with me meant getting warm which she, obviously, liked. She tamed quickly (about a month) just means you have to wake up a little earlier so you have time to lay in with her.

Will give it a try she will probably try to run away tho she runs up my arm like a tree branch when I hold her lol
