My juvi bhp has escaped his click clack, and I'm stressing like all hell. He's just a tiny bub, and the timeframe for him getting out is from 11pm last nite till 6am thismorning. I've turned my bedroom upsidedown and inside out, every single item in the room has been examined and taken off the floor. All furniture has been flipped.

I've put multiple flour lines through the room, and some heat pillows on the floor with hides. He was fed last nite but is still being force fed atm so I doubt food is going to attract him.

He can't get outside, but he could have got into the rest of the house. I've searched all the immediate rooms (computer room, bathroom, hallway etc) to no avail. I'm not sure how far he could or would have gone in this time and I am stressed to the max.

Is there anything I can do now?

If he was fed last night he is going to be looking for the warmest places he can find. Check behind the fridge/ any electronics that were turned on, and failing that, look up high. on top of curtain rails, cabinets etc. goodluck finding him, they almost always turn up. I've had them just suddenly appear in my bed two weeks after disappearing.

I will be looking high and low James. I really hope I find him! the worst case scenario for hiding places atm is a small hole in my wall.. Hopefully noone will mind if I secretly open up said hole a little bigger to check..

Found my missing stimi inside the printer. Goodluck.

Looked absolutely everywhere in the bedroom. Checked printer nope. i think right now my best effort would be to put out some heat sources.

If the coast is as freezing cold as Brisbane today a heat source would definately be your best bet. Goodluck, i hope you find him, & soon!

I've put out a cpl of heat packs and have a fishtank t5 light that gets fairly warm when it runs on the floor. Surrounded with a ring of flour. I'm hoping he is still in my room and goes towards that. It gets VERY cold here and it is raining today.

We have a cpl of pet cats that were inside the house lastnite, would they have deterred him from leaving the room? I've put them in the cat run outside now so they can't hurt him if he gets out, but I was wondering if that makes it more likely for him to be in the room he escaped in.

Im not sure if the cats would have deterred him or not........i hope they didnt get him though!! :( The weather is the same here, rainy & ******. Again, all the best finding the little critter!

Good luck, one was picked up in sydney's Eastern suburbs yesterday. Not that uncommon an occurrance either. Thats 4 I know of.

I doubt they got him, they would have been playing with him thismorning if they did, or we would have heard a scuffle, no blood or signs in sight.

I'm filling the bath with warm water, maybe it will radiate through the cold bathroom if he is in there.

good luck with finding him, they can get into the smallest of places when that little but hopefully he hasnt gone too far.

Thanks guys I have to go into uni for a test very soon, so I've done all I can. Numerous heat sources and hidey places put around where he got out, and flour EVERYWHERE. Hopefully I can find some tracks by the time I get home tonight.

Good luck Sarah, I feel your pain... Miss Whisper is still AWOL and she has been gone for around 3 months(somehow I think she got outside?)
