HELP! My tank wont get up to temperature!

I recently bought a 9 month old coastal python and she is in a

Melamine Enclosure - 1200X600X600mm
- Constructed from high moisture resistant board
- Pvc edging allround
- Removable sliding glass doors

the tank has a 150 watt UV light and it is only sitting at 25 degress on the cool side of the tank

she now refuses to feed

what do i do?​
