HELP NEEDED BLUE TOUNGE

NEED HELP ASAP!!
My blue tongue skink is acting weird, it’s breathing is heavy and it feels hollow yet it hasn’t lost any weight .. it doesn’t seem to have the strength to crawl up my hand like it used to like it’s lost it’s grip or something, it’s still being active but hasn’t eaten or drank ..? Please help me with advice!!!

Being winter it’s most likely going into brumation and trying to cool down, hence the lack of energy?
