hey guys this will hopfully be my first year at breeding and i am just wondering how much vermiculite and how much water to use im using the S.I.M incubation tub? does it go on the weight the the eggs or just 50/50?

any help would be great

what are you trying to breed this year mate..? depends on what your breeding champ etc

50 /50 water same weight as vermeculite is the basic lay out

If your using the SIM method you can make it as moist as you want, some people just make it like a slush so the water doesnt splash the eggs.
If your not using the SIM method and the eggs will be in contact with the substrate then 1:1 by weight (eg 50 grams of water mixed in with 50 grams of vermiculite) is the recommended ratio although I find a little bit drier is better
