Hey gang, my bhp, around a year n a half old 5 ft, had a feed on monday eve was cruising as normal but for the last couple of days has been in a hide. normally he's pretty active, i'm wondering if he's getting ready for a shed? I think his eyes have gone a bit hazy/blueish. Just wondering if this is normal?
Warm end of tank is around 34/35 deg cool end around 24 deg. I've put his smaller bowl at the warm end under the heat, i hear this is the go when shedding.
Any advice etc would be MUCH appreciated!
Just wanna make sure Legs is ok!

cheers

The blueish hazy eye's does mean he's getting ready for a shed. Temps seem fine and I usually move the water bowl closer to the heat source to raise the humidity as you did too.

I don't think you'll have any troubles, you seem to have it sorted out.

Yeah mate as Sutto already said it sounds like hes up for a shed, i donno about with bhp's but when i know my snakes are up for a shed i give there enclosures a spray with a water bottle in the morning and before i go to bed just to up the humidity..

Thanks heaps guys, you've put my mind at ease!
I'll update as it goes down!
