Help with diamond set up!

This is the enclosure I'm setting up for my older hatchie diamond.

How does everyone set up there temperature probes etc. And still have the enclosure look decent...ie. Not with a giant white cord running through the middle.

Just had a thought...Maybe drill a hole in the mesh, feed the probe through and attatch it to the mesh so its under the light but not easily seen as its under the roof?
I have a themometer probe as well I was going to put closer to the dock as well

I'm no expert but where are you trying to get readings from? Near the basking branches? I threaded mine down behind the foam backing thingy and under to get ground temps.

I'm trying to get readings from the shelf..at the moment the temp is reading at 25, even though the thermostat is set for 30
