Help with Eastern Water Dragon Enclosure.

G'day i'm finding it hard to feed my water dragons at the moment i have moved them into a large backyard enclosure simulated to be close to there natural habitat. It's simply to hard to catch them every time i need to feed them. I have left different meats and fish around the pond area and it's just a waste of meat it's not being eaten.
I was just wondering if anyone could give me some pointers on what to leave around for them.

what are the temps like? and do they get much sunlight etc? also what are u feeding them?
