I just had a look at one of my coastals and I noticed that her eyes are all black and it doesn't slit when light goes on her and also she always seems to half curl up in a ball and look straight up most of the time. I don't know what could be causing it as all my other snakes don't do this.Any ideas of what it could be???

Take her to a vet if she's not responding to light. I'm just throwing a guess that she could be blind, but yeah, best to book her in to a vet.

She does see movement tho and she eats but it's just her eyes don't adjust to light

Anything that doesn't have its eyes adjust to light (where they would normally) is likely to have vision issues/blindness. She may appear to be responding to movement, but she could in fact be responding to to her other senses such her taste (their tongues are what usually direct them to everything anyway) and her heat sensing pits. It's best to book her in to a vet either way and get a proper evaluation on her.

would be a good idea to get her checked out, preferably by someone experienced with reptiles. If she is blind, the cause of it may be curable or there's a possibility that its something more sinister than just blindness since you dont know the cause or even if she is actually blind or not (sounds like she could be though) getting a vet to look at her is the best thing you can do.

good luck

She may be partially blind, so she has limited vision, certainly a vet check is in order. Good luck
and I hope it is something that is not permanent, which it may be.

The breeder I got her off has agreed to let me swap her for a healthy snake.Haha did you organize that ashee
