Herping in the Royal

Spent a few hours in the Royal with JasonL and MrSpike tonight, just a nice 10km walk...!! (THANKS JASON!)

But always worth it when you find a few nice things.

Man ! -----I did a 5K walk at RNP yesterday & all I saw was 1 eastern water Skink (& a few crabs).

lol yeah last time I saw 1 Broady thats it..

But along with the above we saw Water Skink, Water Dragon, Echidna and a million spiders and a a few wallabies.

Sounds like a great walk , i'm obviously going to the wrong parts of the park , though I see a
Diamond there about 6 weeks ago whick was a buzz.

Yeah Kane had a mate with us who pretty much found everything! Good eyes on him, but everything is sort of in the leaf litter on the sides of the tracks, gotta have good hearing and eyes.

yo man it is hard as finding stuff in trees and leaf litter. but yo we went down the river yesterday and found 2 gippsland waterdragons

previous herping trips have turned up many species
