How come Herptrader wont list location for NSW generally but will put country NSW.

I asked this once and the reply was that there is a legal issue to advertise the private sale of snakes in NSW. I guess if this is the case the answer would be in info you get with you licences up there.

Are u referring the ad with cages? I guess they can be advertised as 'country NSW' as they aren't animals.

The prohibition for advertising in NSW only relates to herps - not equipement, which including enclosures.

Point is, that anyone who advertises on the herptrader does so in Victoria, The point of publication, which is not illegal.
