Hope Dave and Dick(mate) come home in morning with lotsa yabbies. They've gone into an area that's been filled up with water at the moment. Always used to be Beer Bottle(not stubby) sized yabbies there years ago.(90's) They are swagging, so who knows, might see a few herps around in the morning. Should have got him to take the camera? Cheers Cheryl

thats like so cool... WOW BIG ONES When I was a kid we went yabbieing, they were only about the size of a beer can...

Yeah us too!! But they grow em pretty big here in some creeks and waterholes off the Murray snakegirl. Yum!! Crossing Fingers! If none up there, Dave is topping up our home dam to get the yabbies moving. At least we know we'll get a couple of feeds out of the dam. Cheers Cheryl

No Mick! They came in the door at 10am and said "what do you want for lunch?, Yabbies or Callop?" and then said, " you r gonna get bugga all!, cos all we found were Tadpoles!"(lots of froggies calling up there, maybe Perrons?), Dick and Dave(Dad n Dave, :D )?? Well their theories were all wrong! They thought seeing this water hole that the water works/environment mob were flooding would have heaps n heaps of huge Yabs in it already. Too early, in my book! Won't be anything in there till at least Jan, 05. Been dry too long! How long do Yabs last underground if no moisture??? Anyone got any ideas??? Cheers Cheryl

Well Mick, still can't drive yet after fractured kneecap eh? Still suffering from the fall with crutches at the start of week as well! Grrrr;. Darn clothes dryer in bathroom got in way of my wings? I have to learn to slow down instead of getting too confident. Well at least found I can get in the passenger side of the Pajero(wanker wagon) this weekend? Not allowed to drive yet. Dave is thinking that he might have to take a drive to Adelaide, so we can get our interstate orders flown out very shortly, as I can't do it yet. Cheers Cheryl

Hey Mick, the Tavern is very supportive to me, and told me to take my time, no matter what Work Cover says. They don't want me coming back too early, and then having to take more time off due to my knee not being properly recovered. Cheers Cheryl
