going by your calculations if you hold it each day it would be 15.768 million times a year not the tiny half mill lol
But its a leap year you get to hold it an extra 43200 times that year

I would just hold it once a day for a short period every couple of weeks if its a juvenile.
If its an adult then it could handle quite a bit more if you get it accustomed to handling, provided you give them decent rest periods of no handling (at lleast a week).

Everything depends on each snake
If the snake grows to trust you you can support/hold those ones more often than snakes that dont trust you

There is no rule that says 'you can hold this python this many times'
That is because every snake is different

There are other things as well that are important
Usually a snake wants to be left alone for a few days before it changes its skin
Unless you want your snake to vomit all over you, dont play with for about 3 days after it eats

Learn from your snake first
Let it teach you and just observe it
