How to get subs and views on youtube?

Ive had my youtube for about 2 months, and only gotten 15 or 16 subs and around 20 - 30 views a video, which isnt ideal, if anyhas any tips for getting more subs or views that would be awesome , this is my channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCaNMqX7aSKAjznnr96S6rbg/videos
