Any help on determining the sex so we can get the opposite? ALso what do they like to eat?

post pix and people will b able to identify the gender.
you will need to lift the tail up 90 degrees so we can see the hemipenal bulges or lack of.
males have to lumps on there tail near the vent, whilst femles have none or just one big one. if thats confusing sum1 else will post the same thing just less confusing.
imo you should have researched what they like to eat b4 you got it.
you should feed them crickets and some salad, but there are soem fruits/vegges u cant feed them.

Only feed mealworms as a treat as they are high in fat and its been suggested that they may inhibit calcium absorption
Feed them woodies and silkworms as they are the best thing nutritionally
crickets smell and are expensive

If the crickets you have smell I would be changing my supplier

I agree. I buy my crickets in bulk from a breeder and I have hundreds and they don't smell. As there are lots of them they can make more mess, but if you look after them properly then you shouldn't have problems. Just keep carrot and or water available and they'll stay alive and healthy for your beardies. I used to buy from pet shops, but it is expensive and yes they do smell, probably cos they've been sitting in a tiny box for too long. As most of the time you get a lot of dead ones too. That's usually what smells!
