Hi everyone!!

Havent been here for ages, some of you may remember me some of you wont.

Ive recently bought my own house with my wife and am in the market for some herps!!

Im trying to post in the WTB forum but it seems i cant, is this because im no longer a financial member of the forum?

Id really like to get a heads up on who and where i can get some baby Eastern Long neck turtles in Sydney.

Anyone got any or know of any for sale? And along with that, possibly some Central netted dragons?

I'll just have to get the go ahead from SWMBO for the 2 enclosures, but for now i'll focus on the turts as im sure once i show her she will love them!

Cheers,

Sherm.

Hi Sherman , what RC s are you in to ? My son and I have several all terrain truggies and a crawler that we drive at Georges Hall and a few heli's we also spend time at
Riverwood being taught how to fly . And it looks like you drive a good beast Also :)

Hey mate,

Yep, the Nissan patrol is my baby, i won the Son Of Trials 33" Touring class 4wd comp at the start of the year in it, by winning that i received a $1000 Mickey Thompson voucher which i spent on some really nice black alloy rims for it!

I have a whole range of RC's from a swamp air boat, a 4wd buggy to a fully controllable RC freefall skydiver!! Yep, fully controllable!! I put him under my FunCub belly in his drop box and get a mate to fly the plane up, when its at a decent height i hit the gear switch and drop him out, in my hands i have another transmitter and by pulling down in the right stick this moves his arm down and pulls the pin on his chute. To fly him in you pull down one either stick that moves his arms down and steer him and then about 10 feet or so above the ground, you pull down on both so he flares and comes in with a nice soft landing. He has so far had about 4 fail to open jumps and hes gone through a few repairs! He is now sporting a carbon fibre spine, 2 carbon fibre femurs, and carbon fibre wrist bone and a carbon fibre shin!! He's so much fun to watch as he actually falls just like a real freefaller in that lay flat position.

I have a whole bunch of planes from delta wings to gliders and a few smaller Heli's and a few quadrotors. I also fly FPV sometimes which is done by having a camera on the plane connected to a video transmitter that sends the image from the video camera to a base station that then relays the image to my LCD goggles so i can see what the camera see's and that effectively puts me in the cockpit of my RC plane to fly around where i choose. The furthest ive flown with these set ups so far is about 3.5klm's away. I have a 1.6m span normal plane for this and a 60 inch span delta wing aswell. I sometimes fly my quadcopter the same way and i have a smaller plane that i just throw around the park for a bit of fun. Here is a video of one of my previous flights, so remember, i am flying the plane via the video footage that is relayed to me through the onboard camera.

What sort of Heli's are you flying?
