Fully grown Eastern Dwarf Tree Frog, Litoria fallax

yep litoria fallax

litoria fallax and that size is adult- they do get bigger but are a dwarf frog. (maybe up to 40-45mm) The noise they make is " reeeek pip". hear it often in the garden.
