Hi I was just hoping to find out what humidity percentage beardy eggs should be kept at during incubation, i have consulted a few books but haven't found anything as yet, any help would be much appreciated.

I tend to prefer humidity levels to be 90-95% (even up to 99% is Ok) when I incubate my beardie eggs and I've always had an extremely high hatch rate. As long as no water droplets are forming on the lid, you should be fine. To keep the humidity very stable in this range, I have a completely sealed lid on the container and I dont open it at all for first 3 weeks of incubation, then once a week for about 15-20 seconds (for airing) after that, becoming slighly more frequent towards the end. It is best to keep the hygrometer(and themometer) in the actual egg box, not just in the incubator. If it starts to drop below 90%, I just use a dropper and put a bit more water on the vermiculite.Very long answer, hope this helps, good luck!
