Incubator humidity for Children's pythons eggs? I have read around 75 to 90% is this correct? If so how do i achieve humidity this high? My incubator temp is 31 deg, but only have humidity of around 35 to 40% using a water bowl. When i put the container with the eggs in will the moist vermiculite or spaghnam moss create the required humidity? Dose the container need any ventalation holes in it or is a sealed container best?
Cheers.

I can only comment on bearded dragon eggs and I like the humidity to be between 90-99%, I use a totally sealed container with the vermiculite in it, I air the eggs occasionally. It may not apply to snake eggs, if not, sorry I couldn't be more help.

i use 70% moisture. 1kg vermiculite to 700ml water, 28 - 29 degrees. sealed container and fan eggs every day. closer to hatching i poke a few holes in the lid.
