is it ok to use poly foam background for beardie enclosure??

Hey guys, i've just read some article on the web saying best not to use foam background for beardie..so i'm wondering if its ok to use these in it? will the beardie climb on it and get too close to the light bulb?

The foam back grounds are fine if sealed properly, obviously you don't position them in a way your lizard can get in contact with a light

lol. yeah ive done that to the enclosure im building...
so i put downlights in instead.
theyre so good cos they have an edison screw in fitting and the bulb fits perfectly and protrudes about 10mm so all the heat can be reflected downwards. very good idea imo
