Cool as Browny.

Yeah, you're right. However, I (and lots of others!) have an unreasonable phobia with spiders. Probably because I woke up with one of these on my face when I was a kid! :?

EEP

I went out the front last night to find a HUGE one too! Then Luke went to get the camera and scared it when he came back....omg I don't like it when they move

re read i'd rather handle a bird eater than a huntsman tho...go figure and i've also had a huge huntsman or bird eater run clean across my face when i was young..

Haven't heard that one before

there was a massive huntsman in the ecca drama studio(they give buildings strange names...) it was hilarious! some people were afraid of him.

i have to say i have never really liked spiders mainly because i don't like things surprising me such as a huntsman running around my room...... however i reallly like the ones with tini boddies and even tinier legs, those don't get harmed or removed from the house. they seem to scare off other spiders...

Spiders........I hate them. I may have a tattoo of one on my ankle, but I hate them with a passion. YUK!!!

Nice size, i found one about that big round my house not long ago kept him for a couple of weeks got him nice and fat and let him go chase the ladies!

Wow, they still call it the ECCA? How surreal to see it mentioned on APS in 2005!

ya it used to be the year nine area but they moved down to the crest road campus(a lil house). year 9 is messed up, first they force ya to go to the city for 6 months then you get a hit of country and conservation! the snakeman was cool though...

hey has Dr R. emailed you back yet? i swear he dosen't like you or somethin! i had him for chem today.

also just want to add (for i don't go TO far off topic) that i like all forms of those small jumping spiders they are just wicked and that type of spider that is really smart. don't remember name but i remember porchea or somethin....

Wow, the year 9 area? That was the place near the M wing when I was there (not the agora, the other one) and there was no city campus back then; we missed out! I was the one who got the 'snakeman' that gig...

Nope, tell the doc that I'm disillusioned and am now involved in the only area of biology which doesn't involve chemistry!

I like the little red dot spiders :D

You might have something different in Melbourne Zo, but in Sydney that description is of a mite.
