I am on 2 snake forums and this one os by FAR the nicest and most supportive!!!
When i posted the CLOSE CALL thread on the other forum aswell,
I was bombarded with 'how negligent!,i feel sorry for your snake, if you cant keep him properly then give him to someone who can!!'

Geez! It was a MISTAKE and i know it was a STUPID mistake but learn from my mistakes!!!
I actually rescued him from a teen who couldnt look after him and he came to me skinny,had mites and ticks!!
And now he is normal wight and tick and mite free!!
He is my FIRST snake so im doing quite well for a newbie!!
His first molt with me was rough and on this thread i was pretty much told nicely what to do etc whereas the other forum RUDELY CRITICISED ME!!! Insted of nicely telling me what im doing wrong!
so i think i might get out of that forum and stay here cos it is a MUCH friendly community!!

I think criticism useually comes from people that haven't had that problem before or people that might have and think everyone should know as much as they do, everyone learns even if you think you know everything you can always be taught your wrong
