I'm looking at buying a pair of Bredli within the next 6 months. I've been searching through this forum and google for care sheets, I find a few things, but it is only 3-4 paragraphs long or it is Bredlis that are for sale. I found a Jungle care sheet that was 3 pages long and something that long would be great, or if you found a Bredli care sheet that was very helpful, please provide a link if possible.

Thank you.

Mine don't seem to like hot temps that much. I have a basking spot of 36 degrees and they never use it, the highest body temp i have found my guys to be at is 32 but they are normally at 29. One thing you should remember is that they would be spending most of their time in hollow logs, under rock crevices and in other animals burrows in the wild where temps would be very stable not out in the open where temps fluctuate.

My girl is still little and still in a click clack. She sleeps on the floor in her hot end hide (tree stump) during the day with temps about 32, and I turn off the heating at night (house stays about 17-18 degrees) and she loves cruising around her tub and sitting up on her tree branch. So I think they like the combination of both. But as per usual every animal is different.

later today ill post a pic of my enclosure up

but ill discribe it.

its 1800 high 1200 wide 600 deep

at the very top of the tank to the right hand side i have a 100W red spot globe about 15 to 20 cm under that i have a large basking plate which is the exact same size of the red spot being projected onto it.

this is set at 35.5'C

there is also a fluro on the top too.

i also have another basking plate in the middle of the enclosure an plenty of gum tree branches for climbing. plus a very large hide at the bottom of the enclosure. im using breeders choice bedding an have a water bowl also at the other side of the enclosure furtherest away from the hide.
