licence help

hey i couldnt find a thread that would help me with this question..... i have just moved from nsw to qld and just paid for my qld licence i currently have geckos and snakes i was just wondering do i need a permit to transfer them from my nsw one to my qld one?
i looked on the site but that didnt really answer my question lol maybe if there is a link someone could post to help me..... to save a call and being put on hold for ages lol

you will need an export permit from NSW and a movement advise from qld

thanx heaps hahahaha have to charge for everything i reckon they should just make one statewide licence and one restricted and one venomous licence it would be so much easier for everyone......after all we all live in the same country lol

if you do the Qld movement advice online - its free, If you complete one of the handwritten ones it about $2.85

A NSW export permit is about $30 - unless it has gone up....

oh ok do you happen to know the link for the moment advice?.......thanx yeh we moved up here not long b4 the floods luckly we were in the high area of caboolture so we werent affected feel so sorry for all those ppl that are.... would go help out but im a new mum so havent really had time....or a baby sitter thanx for the welcome

Movement advice for moving or selling wildlife - online form only (Department of Environment and Resource Management)

this is the link on the EPA website for the QLD movement advice

I just save it to my computer to use each time I need it... you only need to complete 1 page, when you print it out it will have completed the other 3 for you.
