Licensing question

Hi all,

I have a question about ACT licensing. I have noticed things on the marketplace and also online selling things such as knob-tailed geckos which are not on the licence list so I am asking if you can get something e.g a Nephrurus wheeleri or a GTP etc. in NSW and then bring to ACT with some kind of export license.

Looking around the marketplace I saw some GTPs for sale in the ACT and I was confused since they are not on the license... I'm still confused!

I would call your licencing authority. I would suspect those animals may be kept under a different licence such as display or educational, etc?
