This story is a fake. Some guys were having a discussion in a pub about a lion versus pygmies. To prove his point, one of the guys created a fake webpage, using a BBC News banner and posted it on his website. He changed it to Cambodian midgets so his mate wouldn't think it was a setup. It got picked up and went around the net.

It never happened.
