looks like a calcium deposit on the back or a growth deformity. not sure tho and am certainly no expert

your mum didnt notice that this was weird? no the guy probably told her she was fine. sounds like the guy who sold it to her was an **s. i would go see a vet deffinetly, and make the orriginal owner pay the bill

It looks like its got metabolic bone disease, usually due to am imbalanced diet, and inadequate uv lighting.

Take it to the vet. Feed it with calcium powder and supply uvb if not out side.
