Long Neck Turtle, FREE to good home

i purchased a long neck turtle a while ago and am now moving, and wondering if someone could please supply it a good home
i am unable to care for it properly where i am going and i was hoping someone else could
it has been living in an outdoor enclosure with a small pond, rocks and small plants
please respond to this, i want what's best for the turtle
i'm in Ringwood, eastern suburbs of Melbourne
