Antaresia Maculosa is a Spotted Python or Maccie
Antaresia Childreni is a Children's Python.

well wats the deal with 'liasis'???
 
on the nsw species list they are

liasis maculosa and liasis childreni
 
finally sorted ..........i think anyway
 
i beleive but correct me if im wrond that liasis is the old term and antaresia is the new term? and both are still both used but i think antaresia is used more often

i live in kiama but i go to my sisters in tahmoor which is near you would i be able to have a look at this snake if you still have it sometime
